You aren’t the only one who needs extra energy to hike and climb! Make a batch of these for your best friend before you hit the trails!
Makes 20-25 biscuits
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In one bowl mix all the ingredients together!
- 2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
The dough should be pretty dry but you can add a little water – just enough so that the dough can be rolled.
Roll the dough into a tube and cut into 1/2-inch pieces – then bake.
Roll out the dough and use a cookie cutter to make shapes – then bake
Bake until hard, about 40 minutes.*For more tips about Camping With Dogs – visit www.NobleCamper.com *
